Henry Robertson, Managing Partner
Henry has been with Spatial since its inception, leading all manufacturing and operations for the company. He has spent his career in composites manufacturing, joining Spatial after many years in senior manufacturing and design roles for companies in the luxury boat building industry.
Henry is a co-owner of Spatial.
Marc Van den Broucque, Managing Partner
Marc joined Spatial in 2016 following a successful career in Corporate Finance and Management Consulting. Co-owner of Spatial, he is primarily responsible for business development and the administrative affairs of the company.
Marc has a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Ashraf Jibbouri, Project Director
Ashraf joined Spatial in 2017 and leads the management and delivery of the company’s projects.
With a background in production engineering, he brings extensive experience from senior roles including a combined ten years with JCB and armoured vehicle manufacturer STREIT Group.
Ashraf holds a BSc in Engineering and Industrial Management, as well as an Executive MBA with Distinction from Manchester Alliance Business School. He oversees project execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence and operational performance.
Asad Khan, Finance Director
Leading Spatial’s finance team, Asad oversees the company’s financial strategy & operations. An experienced Chartered Certified Accountant, Asad joined Spatial after working in senior finance roles with different MNCs in the UK, China, Saudi & UAE.
Asad holds an MBA from the University of Manchester.
Wendy Best, Head of Business Development
Wendy joined Spatial in 2023 following a successful career as a Director in the Government Affairs sector.
Previously having spent fourteen years in the Airline Industry, six of which were as cabin crew, she heads up the business development and client relationship department at Spatial.
John Kier Bugay, Head of Automation & Electrical
John joined Spatial in 2017 and leads the company’s automation and electrical engineering departments, while also supporting research and development projects.
With a background in electronics engineering, he brings broad technical experience across automation, electrical systems, and project delivery.
John holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering. He also holds an MSc in Advanced Engineering Management from the University of Birmingham.
Project Management Team
Our Project Management team brings together decades of combined experience across aerospace, engineering, construction and technical project delivery.
They oversee delivery from design through installation, ensuring each solution is executed in line with technical specifications, operational requirements and agreed timelines. Working closely with clients, engineering teams and on-site personnel, they coordinate every stage of implementation to support structured delivery and consistent performance across international projects
Shaun Turton, Senior Project Manager
With over 26 years of experience in aerospace engineering and project delivery, Shaun provides senior leadership across complex, technically regulated programmes. Prior to joining Spatial, he spent 23 years with an Airbus OEM, developing deep expertise in aerospace systems within highly controlled operational environments.
A graduate of the University of Derby, his background combines formal education with extensive industry experience.
Corey Spring, Project Manager
With over 20 years of project management experience across the Middle East, Corey manages aviation training device programmes across all phases of delivery. Since joining Spatial, he has delivered projects including Cabin Service Trainers across Malaysia, Bulgaria, Australia and the UAE.
His background in the marine industry as both a Marine Engineer and Captain, provides strong technical and operational understanding within complex, safety-critical environments.
Jordan Skinner-Joyce, Project Manager
Jordan brings a strong engineering foundation supported by over a decade of technical project experience. Since joining Spatial in 2023, he has supported the delivery of aviation training devices within manufacturing and installation programmes worldwide.
His background includes 3 years in the luxury yacht manufacturing sector as a Test Engineer and Fit-Out Engineer, preceded by 8 years delivering commercial and industrial refrigeration projects.
Sampson Ulasevich, Project Manager
Sampson brings over a decade of experience in construction, installation, and technical project delivery across the United States and the UAE.
He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification with an extensive background spaning residential and commercial renovation, electrical works, facilities operations, and installation management.
Andrew Tamblyn, Project Manager
Andrew brings a diverse background spanning automotive and domestic body repair, business operations, and the travel and tourism sector.
His experience includes senior management roles with organisations such as Crown Paint, where he developed strong commercial capability and international exposure across multiple regions.
Dias Omarov, Project Manager
Dias progressed into project management following his earlier role within the mechanical design team at Spatial.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Engineering Project Management, combining practical engineering experience with formal project delivery training. His internal progression provides continuity between engineering development and structured programme execution.
Michal Wlodarski, Project Manager
Michal brings over ten years of experience working with fibreglass and composite materials across multiple industries. His background includes renewable energy, where he worked as a Wind Turbine Blade Technician, as well as yacht building and structural fabrication.
He holds a Level 2 qualification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from a UK college and supports project delivery within manufacturing and installation environments.
Stuart Johnston, Project Manager
Stuart brings extensive experience across composite manufacturing, marine engineering and technical workshop environments. His background spans automotive composites, high-performance boat building and advanced composite structures within the marine sector.
He has contributed to large-scale yacht construction projects, including record-setting maxi yachts in Sydney, working across electronics and automation systems, metal fabrication and CNC composite machining. His experience also includes founding and managing technical businesses across Australia, the United States, Sweden and the UAE.
